Advanced Casting specialise in the manufacture of castings in stellite, inconel, hastalloy, superduplex and a wide range of stainless steels. Advanced Casting provides a total service package for all casting requirements. To complement the casting process we also offer the following services.
Finish Machining
From simple drilling and tapping through to the most complex CNC machining Advanced Casting has a proven track record of managing the most demanding projects.
Assemblies
We supply a kit of parts, sub-assemblies, complete assemblies and fully finished solutions to meet our customers requirements for quality and delivery.
Heat treatment
A full range of heat treatment services is available including vacuum, hipping and plasma nitriding.
Finishing
There are a wide range of finishes which can be applied to the castings, these include sandblast in many formats, hand polishing, electro-polishing, anodising, painting, and chemical treatments including phosphate and moly coating.
