Each of our partners is chosen to supply castings which can meet the quality requirements of our customers and uphold the reputation of Advanced Casting. To ensure continued high quality of supply all imported castings are inspected at Redditch before despatch. The same rigorous standards of inspection are applied to our imported castings to ensure they meet the same quality standards as parts manufactured at Redditch. Through close communication with the foundries we monitor orders and deliveries and stock levels to ensure on time deliveries to our customers.
It is possible for customers to benefit from the manufacturing expertise of Advanced Casting to develop and manufacture early production and transfer the development knowledge to our partners for the bulk manufacture of parts. Through this process a duplicate set of tooling is kept at Redditch to give our customers the security of supply in the event of a spike in their requirements or unforeseen event.
